Sure, there are fleeting moments of adrenaline-fueled bliss, but more often than not, it's followed by apologies and regrets.
When you live by design, you know exactly who you are, where you are, and where you want to go.
And you take consistent action on it.
You feel fully alive!

Don’t just careen or bounce off the walls, being thrown around without a plan. Learn to thrive, not just survive.
Here’s a Simple and Effective Tip: Set Goals
Set goals because all goals are just the steps that get you to the outcome or reward you've given special focus to. The best method throughout modern times is by writing them down.
Do you have a list?
Your life will be dramatically better, and your bank balance drastically bigger.
Once you've written them down, read them out loud at least once a day. Even though these moves are simple, they’re not easy at first.
You may feel awkward, you may look strange, and you may even sound weird listening to yourself speak for the first time in this focused way. Keep at it and if you forget, don't give in forgive yourself and re-start again.
Choosing a Mentor
I've learned from many mentors here in Australia, USA, Canada, Asia, and New Zealand.
I've compiled what I've gleaned, over three decades, added a sprinkling of magic fairy dust, and voilà, made it my own.
I'm standing on the shoulders of GIANTS.
I'm not clever enough to be totally original, but I am smart enough to realize I can't do it all on my own.
